About Dave
Dave brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to his classes. When he's not cooking, he's devouring food books. A graduate of the renowned Tante Marie Culinary Academy (UK) and Ballymaloe Cookery School (Ireland), Dave tutored with at The School of Food in Kilkenny before arriving at The Pink Door. Prior to this he spent 10 years enjoying the New York Food Scene.
